Terms and Conditions

I provide Notion consulting, workspace development, automation, templates, and related digital services. Project scope and details, including the Complete Package and hourly service described on the Notion Expert page, are agreed in advance.

Payments must be made according to the agreed invoice or proposal. Work begins only after the required payment or deposit has been received.

The agreed scope includes standard revision work. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges, billed at the standard hourly rate.

After full payment, clients own the final deliverables. I reserve the right to display finished projects in my portfolio and case studies, unless a separate confidentiality agreement is in place.

Due to the nature of digital services, completed work and delivered digital products are generally non-refundable. Partial refunds for abandoned projects are considered on a discretionary, case-by-case basis.

I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its services.

Integrated platforms such as Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and Make.com have their own terms of service, which also govern your use of them.
